I can't appeal for another attempt for Identity Verification
I completed my reactivation and submitted all information and documents since all my info where available on the submission page. I later received an email that my account was deactivated and I need to submit an appeal to request another attempt for Identity Verification. I did the POA, followed the instructions given, and submitted the appeal.

But I keep receiving an email saying
"This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel. If you are appealing an action taken on your account, please submit your appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in Account Health. If you want to submit additional information, click on the “View appeal” button and submit additional information as requested" Case: 15814584321

I have done that but I'm unable to submit the appeal to reverify my account and there is nothing like "view appeal" for me to submit my appeal. Please help me out!

Thank you for the information provided regarding the verification issues you have been experiencing. I understand you submitted the information through the 'get help' link.
Have you then navigated towards the account information to see if a path for submission has opened up there? Is this also where you have attempted to submit your details?
