I have some doubts to see if some of you help me, Can I send a message to my buyers asking for their emails, for future promotions of new launches? And the other question is, I am a seller of organic beauty and care products. I would like to be able to start a list of emails, to promote new products. Could some of you help me with that? All contact made with your Amazon buyer should be done through Amazon messaging only.
So, no, you should not collect emails from your buyers. This will surely get you the boot.

Sellers are not allowed to contact customers. Anyway, doing FBA you don't know their name, their address and their email.

As others have stated, it's against policy to ask customers for their personal emails. It's a policy violation to ask for personal information from the customer or ask them to contact you outside of Buyer-Seller Messaging. You will want to read the Seller Code of Conduct policy as violations to this will lead to your account getting suspended.
If you would like to promote new items, you can do so buy using Amazon Ads, coupons or deals on Amazon.
