Feedback Removal as feedback is a product review
Hi Seller Forums,
We received the following feedback from a customer recently : Yes, a camera picture of the artwork for this price range. So when it arrives, it is very fake when you touch it. If you step far enough back from it, you cannot tell. Therefore I will use it above my four poster bed, where no one can get close to it.:
We appealed the feedback as it is based on a product review, but was denied.
We just wanted to get a 2nd opinion regarding this customer feedback (and no we do not sell any fake products, as we manufacture and have publishing licenses for all our artwork)

Unfortunately, the likelihood of getting this removed is slim to none. It's been my experience that unless the customer is using derogatory language, profanity, etc., the review/feedback will not be removed. It's absurd, but that seems to be the law of the land.
