Order was undeliverable so Amazon refunded money, but I didn't get the product back on stock

The buyer bought my product, and Amazon shipped it when the payment had cleared (the order was FBA). Two days later, the same buyer bought the same product. After a few days, I got the email notification for the first shipment "Shipping address undeliverable". Amazon refunded the money to the buyer, but I didn't get back my product in stock. I have noticed that shipping addresses for that buyer were in two different states.

I can see this order in my "FBA returns" section. It says that the return has started and that the return reason is unknown. This happened 18 days ago. How long usually take to get items back in stock?

Hi @Seller_XkHonrEazxoWq, I can see how this could cause worry. The customer shouuld return your item to a fulfillment center within 60 days of the refund. After Amazon determines if it is sellable, it will be added to your inventory or moved to unfulfillable.

If the item isn’t returned to a fulfillment center within 60 days of the refund, in most cases the customer will be charged and you will receive reimbursement from Amazon.
