Hi there, is there any way to obtain a refund for an FBA returned item that is missing its complete packaging? It mindblows me that Amazon provide refunds to customers even doe they return the item naked with no packaging what so ever. When the item is then sent back to us, i am unable to obtain a refund as Amazon claim it was customer damaged... Well duh, you guys are giving full refund for an item with a conditiion y'all shouldnt even accept in the first place! The returned item absolutely cannot be sold again, so i paid to send in over at FBA, i also paid to have it pulled from my unfulfilled inventory and now i've got an item i can sell again...
