The sale of my product suddenly dropped to zero in last 30 days
Hi, when my status was professional seller, the sale of my product was going high( around one unit per day. When I switched my seller status to “Individual” from “professional, my sale suddenly dropped to Zero. I did not change anything else . I am selling my product under my brand name
I want to understand why my sale is dropped to zero, my sale has been zero during last 30 days?
Can our forum help me to understand?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and while I cannot speak to a drop off in sales specifically, I would be happy to take a look with a bit more info. With the limited info I currently have I am seeing you only have 1 ASIN available for sale and are not currently the Featured Offer. That alone may be an indicator in the drop off of orders.
If you have any additional information or a case ID that I can dive deeper into, I would be happy to take a look.
