I'm a new seller, account deactivated. Can experienced sellers help me?

As a new seller, I know how difficult to start my business on Amazon finally!

We received a notification stated that Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Why is this happening? We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history. We are so worried about it so we submitted some document. But we received Amazon's reply we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

Wow, we have added 22 products and sent shipment to Amazon's fulfillment center and start my business. Why they confirmed we do such activity?

Previously, seller central showed your credit card is invaid. Is that reason? But my credit card is normal.

Also, I submitted business licenset, Information proof from the Bank, credit card billing and so on. But Amazon always say, "We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."

For selling on Amazon, I do a big effort and prepared many document, I don't want to give up. Any other seller could help me? @Veronica_Amazon

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this is causing. When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to Registration requirements by country.

If you have entered a valid or true credit card (not pre-paid or debit card ) for both buyer and seller side of your account and still run into errors, there may be an issue with your bank.

Please kindly share your most recent seller support case ID and I will review.

Good luck with them. They have been a nightmare ever since Bezos left the company. They will make decisions and won't tell you why and if you try to find out why, they won't tell you because amazon has all these secretive departments that no one can talk to. I hope the best for you but don't be surprised if you find yourself more confused and upset with them.

What brand of products did you send in? Seems like these are going more towards some brands than others.
