Amazon Miscounted units at warehouse FBA
I’ve sent in Hundreds of units that are now missing from FBA? Do I I just sleep and wait for Amazon to adjust or do I need to get someone involved ?
I’ve also had a shipment where I sent ONLY 90 units BUT Amazon decided to CHARGE ME and verified that I sent 190 Units in a box when it couldn’t even possibly fit .

Hey @Seller_l2OwCTEw9OCyJ, I would recommend following the steps here to reconcile your shipment. If your shipment is not eligible for reconciliation, it may be for one of several reasons:
- The shipment is still being processed by the fulfillment center.
- The shipment has not been delivered to the fulfillment center.
- Pending confirmation on the final unit counts during receiving stage of your shipment.
- Additional units found that may be part of your shipment requiring extra time to process.
- The shipment contents have been received in full or have been reconciled.
