FBA shipment delivered for over 60 DAYS STILL not checked in

I created a shipment on May 21, 2024, with the ID FBA181JGW3LR. The shipment, referenced under Amazon ID 5ZJSUMI, was delivered on June 3, 2024, at 10:18 PM. However, as of today, Aug 2, the status of this shipment has still not been updated to "checked in."

I contacted Amazon multiple times regarding this matter. First, they were saying, “all units shipped in the shipment will be completely received and added to your inventory within July 16, 2024.” On 7/17, no movement. I contacted Amazon again. They said, “Jul 31, 2024, then your shipment will be eligible for investigation.”

On 7/31, I tried to open an investigation. They said I can’t. “Based on our records, the estimated minimum and maximum receiving date of your shipment is 2024-08-24 and 2024-09-16.”

I’m so fed up with this. This delay is unbelievably unprofessional and has significantly impacted my business operations.

Would greatly appreciate any advice. Best of luck to all.
