OTP - Phone number change

Hi team,

I was trying to reset the phone number to which an OTP can be sent. I cannot access our log-in account without an OTP, which I am unable to receive because the number I have used is no longer valid. I initiated the 2-step verification account recovery process. To meet the requirement for government-issued ID I have uploaded my passport ID. I called customer service on +1 206 577 1364 to check if there is anything that can be done to expedite the process given I can't afford 2 days off the account and the customer service advisor said there is no way but waiting for the account manager to look at it. Any help I can get please?

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. Instead of receiving a code on your phone via text or voice call each time you sign in to your seller account, you can use an authenticator app to generate your authentication code. Authenticator apps do not require phone service or an Internet connection to work, but must be downloaded to whatever device or PC you choose.

Would you kindly share the most recent seller support case ID with me in this thread.
