Question about PPC Credits
Hello. I had received a $100 promotional PPC credits which is due to expire November 1st. Why isn't it showing that it is being used up in live time? I had a $30 PPC promotional credit a couple months ago and that one was being used up in live time. But for some reason this $100 promotion is stagnant and isn't being used up (my remaining balance still says $100). Is my $100 promotion not working? Or is it taken off at the end of the promotion period? Some clarification would be appreciated. Thanks.

You would need to confirm that your advertising account is active in order to redeem the credits, though from your post it sounds like it is. You can use these instructions to view your promotion credits and read through how they apply as adjustments, but if a tech issue is preventing this, you will want to connect with our Ads support team directly for troubleshooting on the issue.
