Subject: Request to Reactivate My Amazon Seller Account
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the reactivation of my Amazon seller account, which was recently suspended due to a lack of invoices. I understand that Amazon has stringent policies in place to ensure the quality and legitimacy of its marketplace, and I respect those policies.
I want to provide some context regarding my situation. I am an aspiring online entrepreneur who has been engaging in online arbitrage to make a living. However, being in a financially challenging situation, I don't always have access to invoices for the products I resell. My intention is to grow my small business and create a better life for myself and my family.
I am committed to abiding by Amazon's policies and am ready to take the necessary steps to meet the requirements for a seller account. I understand the importance of maintaining the trust of Amazon's customers, and I am determined to operate my business in a transparent and ethical manner.
I kindly request that you reconsider my account suspension and offer guidance on how I can meet the necessary requirements to continue selling on Amazon. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation to support my case.
I sincerely hope that you can empathize with my situation and help me get back on track. I believe that by working together, we can ensure a fair and safe marketplace for all users.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,

You are not writing to Amazon here, this is the SELLER forum. You will not be able to reactivate your account by writing an email. You have to read the deactivation email from Amazon and follow exactly the path they gave you.
Don't get personal! You are NOW a business and nobody is interested to know following:
If you want better help, copy and paste the email from Amazon here, maybe somebody can give you an advice.

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I understand your account has recently been suspended and you do not have invoices.
I would like to provide further insight into the applicable policies and resources for you to utilize. However, I first need more information into the suspension. Would you please provide the performance notification you received?
I look forward to your reply,
Stevie

I don't want to be negative or depressing, but Amazon does not empathize with anything or anybody. Especially not their sellers. There is not a real beating heart to deal with here. Nor a real mind or soul.

Hello @Seller_aZ9BxeUtbszK0
Thank you for the additional information regarding your current situation. I see that there are a few different documents being requested from you in regard to your supply chain. Based off the communication, our team has some authenticity concerns with your products. You mention not having invoices, do you have the rest of the documentation that is being requested from you? Do the documents you have available meet the requirements set forth?
We would recommend providing what you have available for submission. However, please be aware that without the invoices, we cannot guarantee that this information will be accepted as our team will be looking to verify your supply chain. Do you have a specific supplier that you source your products from? What kind of authorization do you have for the products you are listing on the platform?
If our team is unable to verify your supply chain, they will reject the documents provided to them. If you have attempted to submit this information, have you received a response as of yet? If you have any additional updates, continue to refer here for guidance.
Best,
Atlas

Hello @Seller_aZ9BxeUtbszK0
I understand that you utilize several retailers to source your product. Retail invoices are not always going to be considered valid because there are several pieces of information that would be considered missing. Some retail invoices are able to include the details our team would be looking for. Have you actually attempted to submit the documents you have? If so, what kind of response did you receive?
What kind of vetting process do you utilize for ensuring that your products are authentic? Do you have any agreements set up with the brand? Do you know if the specific brand of products you are selling require an authorization letter?
While I understand you have never received a complaint, it does not mean that our team won’t take steps to verify your information. They are going to be looking to see that your supply chain is verifiable which will require examining the documents that you have available. Additionally, they will be looking to see that all aspects of your business model are compliant with all of our policies.
If you have any additional details to share regarding this situation, continue to refer to this thread.
Best,
Atlas

Sorry, but “aspiring online entrepreneur,” “create a better life for…, ”empathize?” Sounds like a snake oil salesman to me.
Amazon is not a bleeding hearts club. It is a business. You’re trying to wiggle around the fact that you cannot produce invoices proving where you got the items you want to resell.
Amazon doesn’t need to “work together” with you. You need to provide those invoices.

It is most likely too late to rescue your FORMER account since you jumped in the river without studying a single thing other than TikTok and YouTube CR@#.
This is for any other newbies that are thinking about doing the same thing that cost you your account (and you if you didn't get/understand the messages from the others here).
You are confused AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon:
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

"Empathize" is not a word or a concept that I have known to have ever entered into Amazon's relationships with its sellers.
