Utility bill problem

discussion.please can anyone help me? Anything I submit my utility bill document, I received message that I don't submit utility bill. I submit internet connection document with my correct name and and address. My payment method was my debit card I saw some messages saying that credit card is important so I change the debit card to American express credit with my husband name but it still refusing to activate. Please can anyone help me with what I did wrong and what I have to do?

Do you have any other documents that could be provided that include your name and address as it is in seller central? I have gone ahead and included the requirements for the utility bill below for your reference:

  • Piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile or fixed-line phone, or internet service
  • Must have holders name and address
  • Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
  • Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
  • Must be issued within the past 90 days
  • Be authentic and unaltered
  • Be in a supported language

If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document. Our team will utilize a number of resources to verify what you are providing to them. If there are missing details or discrepancies identified, they will take the action to reject the overall submission.
