Can a new Amazon seller with zero sale history can start FBA wholesale?

Hello Seller Community, I am a new amazon seller with LLC and EIN. I am planning to start FBA wholesale, but I am not sure if I can start FBA wholesale with zero sales history. Will Amazon give approval for listing brands/ungated products to new seller like me if I have valid invoice from the wholesaler/distributors. Your genuine feedbacks and guidance are greatly appreciated!

FBA is not something that needs approval.

When selling on Amazon you have options.

FBM - YOU SHIP the items to customer directly

FBA - You send your items TO AMAZON, they store it and ship it for you when someone buys the item. (For a fee )

So if you want to sell using FBA - You add you items and simply change them to Fullfilled By Amazon. Then create a shipping plan to get your items to an Amazon warehouse(s).

Greetings @Seller_lpnSNAO5ahgIl,

Great questions, many of which have been well answered by one of our forums veteran users. I wanted to jump in and provide an additional resource in response to this line:

In addition to Seller University on FBA and FBM, I strongly recommend the content related to sourcing inventory and getting approval to sell specific brands / products. A great place to start is this video on guidelines to sourcing products to sell on Amazon. Failure to do so could have repercussions for your account, so it's worth it to invest the time now!
