Usually Amazon does not tell you which other seller they think you are associated with... so how do you know it is Techys Store? This will give other sellers a place to begin to help advise you. You also might want to publish your suspension letter, that will help too.

The reason this happens in most cases, is because you, or another person, opened their Amazon account on the same computing device. Through the cookies/tokens Amazon places in your computing device every time the account is accessed, it is easy for Amazon to check what accounts are being opened on what device. When two different accounts are recognized as being opened on the same computing device, they are both suspended. Do you know someone else whos account was also suspended?
Well, don’t use the appeal, Amazon Made A Mistake, because it will be rejected. Amazon knows the date, time, and IP Address both accounts were accessed and usually will not tell you. This is the key to coming back.
Think hard of where you accessed your account in the past few weeks. If you can tell Amazon in an appeal, where it happened (EX: I opened my account at Jim’s house to help him get started), and it matches what Amazon has on file, you will be back within a day. This was learned from personal experience.
Think it over.

Hello @Seller_f1LfZFMTBpuAY,
I appreciate you providing some information about your account deactivation. Usually, when you call in for assistance, you are given the Name of the other Seller and when that account was created.
I would like to ask a few questions to help clarify of how this may have happened.
1. If you state you do NOT know this other Seller, have you checked with employees, family members, business associates, former business partners or anyone who still may have access to your account?
2. Have you ever used a 3rd party to help with your account?
3. Have you experienced any account compromise? Identity theft?
You have received some good advice from other sellers also. Sometimes it takes a deep look at your account to really understand what could have happened.
Here are some resources that may help with the process:
Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy
Selling policies and seller code of conduct
Please review and reach out. I look forward to your response. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Thank you,
April

I had the same problem. I tried to open an account but entered some wrong info so those emails were rejected. I opened an account finally and have used it for 4 years with no problem until last week. They said the name of my store in the email. It was likely the same name each time.
They said I opened another account on Amazon.co.jp ONLY! I don't know why I would have one only on one country's AMZ. They said it was also from 2021! This is BS! Suddenly they are shutting people down for erroneous accounts?!
I got the email by telling the CS agent a number of emails until I got the right one. When I tried it, of course, I didn't know the password, Amazon.co.jp has no record of my account but Amazon.com says there IS an account.
Of course, Amazon.co.jp and Amazon.com can't just talk to each other. Instead, I have to prove a negative, i.e., I have to prove I never made an account at Amazon.co.jp somehow.
