Cannot update my quantity or price
I have tried updating my quantity on an item (which is now out of stock because I have not been able to change quantity). Every time I enter a new quantity it gives me the 15minute wait notice, yet when I check back hours later nothing has changed. It's very frustrating.
We also tried to update our pricing on another of our listings but that too did not take effect. We are not getting an error, it's just flat out not working.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'll assume this is FBM...
You can change your inventory in Inventory management screen or edit the item directly.
**don't forget to click SAVE & FINISH**
You can also use the price & quantity template found here:

Hi @Seller_wnZ9bnXo8m8ej,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Just to confirm are you clicking Save and Finish when editing the inventory? If you are and this is still not working you can try a new browser. If that is not working I would cut a ticket with Seller Support and provide screenshots.
Best,

We are also experiencing the same issue, I hope Amazon fixes this immediately. They put our best selling item 'out of stock', not good at all.

This sometimes happens for us, and when we do, it's because the product itself has some kind of warning attached.
Try this. On your Manage All Inventory page, go to the product, and click EDIT.
When the product opens, see if there are any red exclamation marks under the "Product Details" or "Offer" tabs.
When this happened to us, we did this and noticed that there was some field that Amazon was wanting us to include (which never was required before) which we needed to update.
For example, on one item that wasn't updating, we went to EDIT and found that Amazon wanted us to specify the "Material" the product was made from.
Once we did that, we updated the product and then it would also allow us to update other fields.

Hi Kitty Catnip,
If the previous advice doesn't work you can upload a template (partial update), or inventory loader file. This will usually work if the add a product edit function isn't taking.
Hope this helps.

Do you use a 3rd party app? Sometimes you have to make the change through the 3rd party app which is connected to your Amazon store and will make the change.
