Missing inventory from Inbound shipment - No movement on the case

Hello,

I really need help with this as Amazon is not able to locate a large portion of my inventory.

I had sent a shipment of 900 units (15 cartons x 60 units each carton) to Amazon FBA. It is a variation listing so there are color variations of the same product in different boxes. The shipment was delivered on Feb 9th at TMB8 - HOMESTEAD, FL US. The shipment was checked in on Feb 17th and remained in receiving status for a month and then was closed on March 17th with 241 units received short. Basically they missed 4 cartons.

Two of the ASINs were partially received (60 units out of 120 and 59 units out of 120) - for this I was able to submit a case through inventory reconciliation.

Case id: 17434996751 - for above 2 ASINs - I have submitted all documents and followed up several times, but nothing has moved on this. All I get is that "We are investigating this"

One of the ASINs was not received at all (ZERO units out of 120 units) and the status on the shipment page was closed, so I had to open a separate case for this one.

Case id 17435163001- For the last 20 days or so, this case has been denied several times with the standard response "After a review of documentation for shipment, we've determined that it doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance" with no explanation as to what exactly is missing. I have provided Amazon proof of delivery, Original invoice, packing slip and even the FBA shipment labels of the exact boxes in which this ASIN was packed.

Can I please get someone from Amazon team to look at these cases as this is really putting a huge financial strain on me?

Tagging you guys I have seen you guys respond on other forums. Can you please have a look at my cases and review?
