Customer left 1 star feedback for not providing a full refund before return
A few days ago I had a buyer submit a return (Reason: No longer needed). The product is still in transit and it supposed to arrive to me tomorrow. Amazon auto refunded the customer upon first scan, but they only refunded the buyer 40.37 of the 54.50. The buyer left me a 1 star review saying, "This seller kept over 17.00 of my return ... there was no mention when I purchase of them keeping some of the purchase price when I bought it ... buyer beware ..". As I previously said I have not even received the item back yet, and in a normal case I would refund upon arrival to ensure that the product is not damaged in any way. Amazon automatically provided this refund and led to the buyer thinking I scammed them when in reality the whole process has not even been completed. I tried the feedback removal request and was automatically denied by the system. I hope this can be removed because I feel like this is a mistake that I had no control over.
