Amazon Hiding Listings - Almost every desktop search on Amazon shows a maximum of 7 pages.
We've been selling on Amazon for over 14 years. We noticed that while shopping as a customer, when you search on desktop for most categories a term search only displays 7 pages of results! Therefore, most times our products are hidden even if it used the same terms! It never used to do that and we used to see hundreds of pages of results!!!
Here's a screen shot attached. We searched "tungsten rings" on desktop PC, and we know for a FACT hundreds of thousands of sellers sell tungsten rings (including us) and we are not even listed in the results! Yet some sponsored ads repeat on every page over and over! We have seen this for almost every category now!!!!! Bots control this platform and this is manipulation in the highest form.

Hi there @Seller_Sa - and thanks for starting this discussion for the forums community! While other sellers chime in with their experiences with search results, I did want to reach out to see if I can assist at all.
While I am unaware of any search result restrictions on the website, I do know that there are many listings which may be search suppressed, which could be contributing to this behavior. If you are facing any search suppressed listings I would recommend watching this helpful video on working through such situations with our support teams.

Thanks again for the post, and hope this information helps!
Best,
