(OnTrac) Carrier provided tracking scan to Amazon? = No
Our 3PL started using OnTrac to ship orders.
Our Valid Tracking Rate has declined to 64%.
After downloading the report, I see that the "VTR criteria 4: Carrier provided tracking scan to Amazon?" is "No" for all the OnTrac orders.
What does "Carrier provided tracking scan to Amazon?" mean?
Does OnTrac not integrate with Amazon like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc?

Thanks for raising this here - I can see another thread related to the tracking issues with OnTrac. Have you contacted Seller Support about this issue? I would like to escalate and need some documentation to bring to the internal team. Thank you.
