SERIOUS CONCERNS regarding my inventory and the storage fees I've been charged.

I have contacted Amazon for this issue and can not get any resolution, I do not think anyone is even reading my emails in seller support. Can anyone advise on what we can do here?

I am reaching out with SERIOUS CONCERNS regarding my inventory and the storage fees I've been charged.

For clarity, ALL the items in my inventory are apparel, and I am CONFIDENT I have not exceeded any inventory type limits. There was an UNACCEPTABLE issue where my inventory was WRONGFULLY categorized under 'standard size' by Amazon. This was only corrected after I opened a case about the error.

For your IMMEDIATE attention, I have attached a report that shows our daily inventory at Amazon for July. Using this, I've calculated the monthly average, factored in the cubic footage as provided by the Amazon fulfillment fee report, and then computed the charges. The CORRECT total storage fee for the month should be a clear $13,817.67!!! You can find all the details in the attached Excel sheet.

I MUST EMPHASIZE a recurring issue: Every time I try to download the monthly storage fee report, I'm met with the SAME ERROR: "Your download request could not be completed. Try again later." This has been happening for MONTHS (screenshot attached)! Without this report, I'm BLIND to the individual charges per SKU. It's starting to seem like I'm being charged WITHOUT full transparency, and this is EXTREMELY concerning!!!

Trust in the billing system is VITAL. I'm deeply worried that these ongoing errors are tarnishing that trust. Let me be clear: these discrepancies are NOT due to my inventory management but are GLARING ERRORS on Amazon's side!!!

Thank you for your URGENT attention to this matter.

Hi @Seller_bF6VfPEZOaccj, just to be clear you're not contacting Amazon directly here; this is a forum of other Amazon sellers like yourself with a handful of Community Managers like myself who help moderate the discourse. That said, if you share the case number(s) on which you've contacted customer support I'd be happy to take a look.
