yup this happens all the time
we have been fighting cases like this for months and months. Apparently we all love to ship totally empty boxes
sometimes they will reimburse but sometimes they will just steal it from you
Keep submitting cases, don't leave support alone. Eventually you will get an actual human. This has worked for me in the past, but i have shipments that are on 10+ cases

You sent it with Canada post? I had a package from them go randomly missing for literally 2.5 months, I think it was also to YHM1, I contacted canada post and they tried to blame Amazon, yet there was no update on shipping or delivery, it was on hold. Basically, Canada post doesn't let packages deliver to Amazon constantly, sometimes holds them. Best switch to UPS if you can. If you gotta move, move , for the sake of your business move to a city with a UPS. Thats what I had to do

Hello @Ricardo_Amazon, I opened another case since there are already three shipments were closed without locating any items in our inventory. Automatically closed after 90 days. Please investigate these three shipments since those were sent on the same warehouse, YHM1.

YHM1 is rubbish, so is the Canadian transfer station, less than 80 miles to deliver for a week

I sent 1 box of 60 products to the Amazon warehouse and I lost $630.

Amazon staff threw away the parcel without counting the products and they want an invoice from me. Instead of asking me for invoices, teach your staff to count properly. Hiring 250,000 personnel is not the solution, the important thing is to do a good job.
