FBA INBOUND SHIPMENTS STATUS NOT UPDATED IN ALMOST 3 Months
Okay, so I still have a few fba inbound shipments that have yet to be processed in 3 mos.
Now i have a new issue.
one of the fba inbound shipments that wasnt processed for 2 months was Finally processed. However, Amazon moved that inbound shipment to closed. They did not recover the missing shipment, and furthermore, NOW I AM UNABLE TO HAVE THE SHIPMENT INVESTIGATED BECAUSE ITS CLOSED OUT AFTER 90 DAYS. SO ONCE AGAIN AMAZON IS PUNISHING THE SELER [Moderator Edit: Removed Profanity]. So, you dont updated the shipping status for 2 months, i make numerous cases about the shipment and got generic answers with no resolve, I make 2 posts on here about my issue and finally someone decided to look into, but when looked into, you close out my case, lose my inventory, make it to where i cant investigate the missing items, and i receive no reimbursement? I know Amazon doesnt give a ish about its sellers but this situation is absolutely egregious and negligence on behalf of amazon. Im now scared to send in any fba inbound shipments because:
A: They wont update my deliveries into the system in a timely fashion
B: They wont investigate my claims until certain deadlines to decrease their accountability for lost/damaged inventory and possibly having to reimburse monies owed to the seller.
C: They close out cases from every standpoint reverting back to point b.
Finally, my vendor chooses the carrier. I am sure many sellers have vendors who DO NOT use the partner carrier that amazon has. Some vendors may use:
United Delivery Service (my vendors choice)
DHL
Lasership
and many other services....
You continue to punish seller for some things that are beyond their control.
i have a few more inbound shipments, totaling 150 products, which is about $3000+ dollars that ive missed in sales, but now that i see how Amazon operates with bs'ing on updating my shipment status, and closed out the shipment from all angles where i cant even have the missing items investigated because its been more than 90 days (which isnt my fault because Amazon wont update the shipment status in the proper time frame), i dont think i want to continue business with this site. m heavily disappointed at the outcome and how this company does not care tp reimburse me for purchased inventory that THEY LOST OR DAMAGED. I dont even think I'll write another issue on this forum from now on im just going to call corporate headquaters, no longer speaking with incompetent specialists who do not care to resolve anything.

Hi @Seller_AUlFkz3Bhuwoi, I'm currently checking and escalating the cases you've posted originally over here and will respond in that thread as soon as I have an update from support.
