Remove unauthorized seller from my ASINs

I am a brand owner. Other sellers list my products on Amazon Canada, use my brand, ASIN, whom I have never Authorization to sale my products.When I report abuse and select:

---Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation

---select the seller and the listing

---report issue type :Trademark infringement

---A product detail page is unlawfully using my trademark (e.g. in product title, product images, product description). {this option display gray}

But, it display "This type of infringement is disabled based on the types of selected items (e.g., ASIN, offer, image)."

How can I report infringing? Remove these unauthorized seller from my ASINs?

If they sell much more expensive they most probably buy from you on .com and resell on .ca.

That is always a sale for you. If you want to sell YOURSELF on .ca don't forget that you need a Canadian GST number, to pay GST and import customs fees. So, maybe it's easier to make someone else do this work.

Hello @Seller_BszSeBZB9ewV9,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and although a simple question, the answer can get complicated depending on several variables. Some of which have already been addressed by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC.

Initial actions will depend on the store from which you are reporting and the IP you have in that county. For example, you cannot report an Intellectual Property infringement in Canada, if you do not have any Intellectual Property registered in Canada. You can find this and some other restrictions of reporting IP in the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section of the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page.

If you are trying to report the use of your copywritten images on an ASIN, you can do that via the report a violation workflow in Brand Registry. For this, take a look at the link above and sections "Main types of IP," and "Reporting Infringement" of that help page.

I hope this helps with and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best, Dougal
