Account deactivated and required to submit utility bill
My Amazon Seller Account was deactivated on 1/15/2024 out of nowhere, stating that I needed to submit a utility bill in my name, with the same address on my seller account. This is my first full month of selling on Amazon, and I am amazed how this was just being brought up now, and not when I was creating my account - because this is putting me on hold from selling the items in my store. No warning, no notification, nothing. Can't even get anyone on the phone within the "Call me Now" on the Help Center which might be the most annoying thing in the world.
I had submitted documents of the Utilities from my apartment at my University, which isn't the address on my seller account, so I assume that is why my appeal was denied.
The question: I don't know where to go to submit another appeal, since mine still says "our evaluation is in progress" but I received an email after submitting my own forum (CASE 14635300221) to seller support with my documents saying that I was denied - but I can't see anything on my side. I am wondering if I can get my parents to add me on a Utility account (water, gas, electric) with their name on it as well, or do I have to be the primary account holder for the Utility account without anyone's name on it besides mine? Will Amazon allow a screenshot/copy/statement of me being on the Utility account rather than being charged for a month's worth of Utility usage? Because, if this isn't allowed, that means I would have to wait till the next month to actually receive a bill with the card that is on my Amazon seller account which is ANOTHER pain in the neck.
I would appreciate any feedback or insight into my troubles, thank you!

To use your parents utility bill, you would have to change your address to theirs. Since they most likely don't live around the corner and nowhere near your mail drop off, you would soon get suspended for drop shipping because the zip codes don't match. Since you are selling out of a dorm room, I assume you are doing drop shipping or retail arbitrage. Either would get you suspended soon anyways.
