Inactive Canada marketplace

Hello,

New Amazon seller in Canada here. My first shipment is closed, and the listings appear as active in my inventory management window, but they are not showing up on Amazon. Additionally, my Canada Marketplace status is listed as inactive ("Store status inactive"). My second shipment is in transit, and I have more ready to ship, but if the listings don’t appear, I won’t be able to sell.

I already tried updating my vacations settings.

I’ve opened a case with Amazon but have not received a response yet. I have checked my account information and ID verification, but I can’t find anything wrong. I’m eager to start this business, but it is very frustrating not to get any answers.
