I don't sell in Amazon.mx, yet I received a design patent violation from Apple
I don't sell in Amazon.mx, yet I received a design patent violation accusing me of violating apple's airpod design patent. My product is a pillow, not an headphone, has no electronic circuit, no apple design, no word of apple anywhere, not even remotely related in anyway. The listing page was created by amazon system from my amazon us page. I did not create any amazon.mx listing, add any images, details etc. Of course I can't see the inventory page on amazon.mx because they already blocked and removed all details.
Seller support keeps repeating the same message over and over again despite the detail I provided. I am getting no where with support. Case ID: 17410507701 Any mod can take a look into the case for me.

A few things here to consider:
1. There is another seller in the Amazon.mx marketplace that *is* potentially infringing on the design patent they claim and the ASIN is somehow being confused with your item and marketplace. We have all seen the issues that arise from unwanted or unwarranted ASIN changes...it's a real quagmire to say the least.
2. They simply made a mistake or typo on the ASIN or item and you were the unintended victim.
3. DON"T rely on Amazon anytime it is a potential legal issue. With all the bots and low wage workers, you shouldn't expect a good end result...in this world you sometimes get what you pay for and not always in a good way.
4. Contact the legal department at Apple, Inc. with the details and explain to them that something is amiss. Let THEM sort it out! You will will need the actual design patent# and country of issue they claim you are infringing on.
5. If there IS an issue Apple will take care of it for you. Sit back and watch the cockroaches scurry for cover.

I do appreciate you sharing your case as it does provide a bit of relevant information. I was able to verify this was a suspected intellectual property violation rather than a complaint from a rights owner. This will typically imply some attribute as you are aware is causing a violation. Since you've already mentioned having verified this is not the case and I myself reviewed the ASIN and information unable to see a mention of airpods.
Since the situation has create quite a bit of uncertainty, I have reached out to the appropriate teams to request the review the situation further and provide guidance on their expectations or where exactly the situation occurred so it can be addressed. Once I have any additional information from this team I will follow up here with you to provide their resolution's or next steps.

Thank you for your patience while we were reviewing your situation further.
I have received an update that the team has completed their review, the ASIN has since been reinstated and should be active in your inventory. Our review teams had also advised that they provided a follow up on the case you mentioned 17410507701.
If you are still see the ASIN inactive or if the policy violation still remains in the account health page that you please follow up here so I can continue to work on any necessary resolutions to help resolve your concerns.
