Advertising Campaigns not working
I just realized that my ad campaigns are not working. Hadn't checked them since last week and just noticed I wasn't getting any impressions. Chatted with ad dept and they said they "Refreshed" my campaigns and I should wait 48 hours to see results. This has never happened to me before. I have been running these ads off an on for months. She also said my $10/day is a low bid for each category i am advertising. I haven't even been close to spending that amount on a daily basis so why does that matter?
Can anyone tell me their experience with this situation? How had upping their daily budget helped? I really can't afford to up it if I'm not making any sales.
All of my best sellers have tanked since this migration situation and I'm getting extremely discouraged. This has been the worst November and I have been selling on handmade many years. I know many of you have expressed the same issue but I'm just trying to figure out what can be done. I really thought my shop items disappeared and I missed something with all the changes.

Oh well - Don't think that helped much. I tried to request my category listings report and it printed in Chinese! I'm on a MAC so not sure if that is the problem. Guess I need to make another call. :(

I have use PPC for six years never made much profit after amazon took their fees. Stopped PPC last year.
