Anyone else having issues with multi channel fulfillment (MCF)?
Historically, I've used MCF to fulfill some small quantity of orders from Etsy and my shopify store. Lately (last month or so), I've seen that of the 7 or so orders I've fulfilled using MCF, about 5 ended up where Amazon shipped the wrong size. These aren't labeling mistakes on my part, as customer sent me photos (which I was then able to get amazon to reimburse me for), but it's still a major headache and a big waste of my time. If MCF continues to ship the wrong item every other time, I'll have no choice but to stop using them even though it's a nice convenience having all my inventory in one place. Curious if anyone else has seen a similar massive service degradation lately?
