Hi @Seller_DOUFdERpSyx81,

For Amazon.com’s Brand Registry, a pending UK trademark unfortunately won’t be enough. Amazon requires either an active (fully registered) US trademark, or a pending US trademark that was filed through their IP Accelerator program.

A pending UK trademark can help with Brand Registry in the UK, but not for Amazon.com.

You can check this directly in Amazon’s Brand Registry help pages:

If you’re aiming to get Brand Registry set up on Amazon.com, you’ll want to pursue a US trademark, ideally through the IP Accelerator if you need faster eligibility.

Hope that saves you some time.

Best,

Michael
