UNGATING IN BRAND NAMES NIKE
I HAVE BEEN DENIED BY AMZ 5X FOR TRYING TO UNGATE NIKE. I SENT IN FROM NIKE.COM THE INVOICE NUMBER ON THE SLIP I WAS PROVIDED IT SAYS TRANSACTION NUMBER AND I ALSO HAVE THE ORDER NUMBER WHEN I PURCHASED THE PRODUCTS. THIS COMES FROM NIKE.COM AMZ STILL DENIED ME 3X. I PURCHASE ANOTHER NIKE PRODUCT FROM SOCCER.COM SAME THING AMZ DENIED ME AND I SUBMITTED TO THEM WHAT WAS SUBMITTED TO ME WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDER. I DONT KNOW WHAT AMZ IS LOOKING FOR BUT I NEED HELP BECAUSE I AM MISSING OUT ON MONEY.

Amazon will not approve you to sell Nike. It's a No Go. Return or sell these on another marketplace. Learn how to buy wholesale like at trade shows like ASD in Vegas.
Seller University is a must.

You will not be approved by Amazon or Nike to use Nikes IP on Amazon for your profit. Amazon is not a yard sale for used items

Use the searchbar on top of this forum. Type Nike. Read.

Stop shouting at us. It will not help.
If you cannot return those shoes, sell them in a flea market or yard sale.
Attempting to sell them on Amazon will result in the loss of your selling account. And if you somehow manage to get them listed and send them to Amazon for fulfillment your problems will only be increased.
Your purchases did not follow proper sourcing protocol as you would know if you studied Seller University.
With Nike there's no such thing as following protocol because you will not get approval from Nike.

Consider yourself very lucky.
Up until 2-3 weeks ago, Amazon would have allowed you to list your Nike products.
Then a week later, you would get an IP complaint from Nike (since you are an unauthorized seller), Amazon would NOT accept your receipts (because they are receipts, not invoices), and your account would be shut down permanently.
So you lucked ou.
Now put your account on vacation, go through Seller U, and read the forums for a couple of weeks before doing anything else.
And stop shouting.

First off , dont feel some type of way by these amazon forum [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] that comment back like your less of a human being , for asking a question and seeking knowledge. they just did the same to me , and actually made much more of a scene out of my question , than yours , so dont take it personally. these are people that in the outside world walk with their head down in their phones , avoiding all REAL human contact and confrontation. the same first two commenting here, commented on yours, they must message eachother and plan their attacks in duality. lol. pretty pathetic, but to each is own.most likely, your like me whos new to this, seen alot of youtube education and people claiming to make insane profits just walking in stores and markin up prices on Amazon with any and all things in any and all stores. Apparently, all that jazz is just a lie and clickbait , at least according to people on here.
Simultaneously, i have people in other places telling me i just need to get unbranded, or ungated rather, and show me actual videos of them in real time scanning Nike, Adidas, etc, and then showing their active listing.
Tbh i really dont know , it doesnt make much sense once i got into this Speedbump of it , and im glad i didnt jump the gun and invest in all kinds of other stuff that the Tutorials tell you to go ahead and do without mentioining anything at all about this Ungating and Unbranding BS.
Which idc what anyones opinion is, is BS. if you can after a certain "timeframe"or by another means of Amazons made up standards, you can just be "auto ungated" there is NO reason that they should put people through such a process without making it clear as day , thats what it is.
also, to anyone else reading. TYPING IN CAPS DOES NOT EQUAL OR MEAN THE OTHER PERSON IS "SHOUTING" AT YOU.
people have different typing habits, just like you all have different habits of answering peoples questions properly and without sarcasim that somehow slides by as "unoffensive" but if i type something even remotley taken as directed negativity , it wont let me add the comment for ""inappropriate language"" lol.
pretty sick of Amazon already. and they wonder why people stay stuck in the matrix their entire lives...

Hello @Seller_FaTgCVGdm3FgY,
Michelle at amazon here. First off, welcome to Amazon, we are glad you are here. I understand that you are trying to sell Nike shoes. As others have stated, you need approval directly from Nike to list these items on Amazon. You can read more about that here.
As a new seller, you may want to join our New Seller Community, which is a safe place that you can ask questions and get answers. @Seller_UJgJ9PEYOVz9m, you may be interested in joining this forums group as well.
I hope this information is helpful and wish you the best in your sales!
Best wishes,
Michelle

Okay, Nike.com is the website. If you want to sell on Amazon, you need a letter from NIKE, the brand. I won't say ".com" on it. And it must specifically authorize you to sell their products on Amazon.
But since Nike stated several years ago that they DO NOT WANT people selling their brand on Amazon, and WILL NOT AUTHORIZE anyone to do so, you're not going to get that letter.
