Unable to reactivate account - Zero policy violation warnings
I have a relatively old seller account (over 10 years) and have been inactive for while. I've decided to restart selling on Amazon but I am unable to reactivate my account despite having zero policy violation warnings.
The default path to reactivation does not work because I have no issues to resolve or appeal. I can't seem to find any other way to reach out to Amazon for assistance. Can anyone please advise?

Hello @Seller_qK1WpTInvo6Fg,
Thank you for posting your concerns with an inactive account.

As you mentioned there being a lack of information on why the account was deactivated, or how to reinstate the account, I have passed your concerns and info to the appropriate teams to follow up and review the situation.
I would recommend monitoring your performance notifications in seller central. Once the review is complete you may receive a follow up with more guidance on the situation, or next steps.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
