Public-Facing Seller Feedback Missing from Feedback Manager (CAN)
There is seller feedback on the public-facing seller page that is not listed in the "Recent Feedback" section in "Feedback Manager". This is where one would go to request removal of a particular feedback using the "Action" column dropdown menu beside the corresponding feedback. The seller feedback we would like to request removal of, that we cannot see in Feedback Manager, is a comment where the entire feedback comment is a product review.
According to Amazon, "Amazon will remove feedback in the following cases: The entire feedback comment is a product review."
I have made several attempts through chat and email, in a case, advising that the four comments i wish to remove are not appearing in Feedback Manager and am told I need to remove them in Feedback Manager.
