My account has been deactivated and still lacks information even after providing existing files. I can also choose: I understand the policy and acknowledge the behavior. What would happen if I admit to violating the rules? Will be to restore my account?

Post your suspension notice (redact personal info). Without that, no one can offer any meaningful help.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
I did look over your account and I see you were deactivated for not providing valid invoices for your products. You will have to go back to your supplier and ask for an updated invoice.
You can then re-appeal once you have that by using the yellow button "submit new information" in seller central.
