Feedback Removal

I got hit with an ODR for this feedback, he gave a one star rating, started a return, and never sent it back.

Comments : "El artículo venía incompleto."

This feedback is 100% about the product, not a seller review. Per Amazon, for removal, feedback must be about the product. They will not remove it. He said article was incomplete. He is saying he did not receive a badge, even though it clearly states in photos and descriptions, "No Badge Included"

How can I get this removed? Tried feedback removal, and was told it was within Amazon guidelines.

Opening a case regarding feedback or reviews is a policy violation (Fun times!) and can get your account suspended when their leniency runs out. You wont get this feedback removed. Move on.

To confirm, all feedback removal requests should be submitted through the Feedback Manager per the highlighted notes on this help page.

That said, I did want to let you know I surfaced this feedback internally to our team to request their review and assistance. I'll keep you informed on this thread with any updates I receive, though I do want to note that these reviews can take some time to process.
