Amazon.ca “Listing Removed”

I recently received a notification from Amazon.ca regarding a “Listing Removed” for one of our products due to a customer indicating the item was “Inauthentic.” Before any assumptions are made, please note the following:

The product is purchased directly from the manufacturer.

We have original invoices, purchase orders, receiving BOLs, and wire transfer documentation to substantiate authenticity.

There is no question that the product is legitimate.

However, when I log into Amazon.ca, the “Voice of the Customer” section shows this product as having an excellent rating. Furthermore, I cannot find any indication of a listing violation related to this product. The product is still available on Amazon, and we recently sent approximately $10,000 worth of this specific ASIN to FBA.

I need assistance locating where this issue is reflected in the Account Health Dashboard or elsewhere in my account. Currently, there doesn’t appear to be any action required for this ASIN.

I want to resolve this matter promptly, but I’m unable to identify where the issue is flagged. Could you please provide specific guidance on where I can locate this concern within my account?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the authenticity concerns our team has with one of your ASINs in the Canada marketplace. I understand that you are looking to address this, but are unable to identify where the violation is located. Any listing violation will appear on the account health dashboard for you to view and action. You mention not being able to see the issue, did you verify that you had switched to the Canada marketplace and not the United States?

Once you have identified the issue, you should be able to submit your documents that show the sourcing to address the authenticity concern. Our team will review and make a determination on the validity of the document. The results of the review will be provided to you in a performance notification on the respective market the issue is located. If there are any discrepancies, or our team is unable to validate the information, they will be obligated to reject the submission.
