Invoices from my seller account
Hi there,
I'm trying to reconcile my bank account to my seller account. I've got lots of debits for Amazon, but I can't tell exactly what they are. I am selling in the US & Canada, and I also have the ability to sell in Mexico.
i can't tell what the debits in question are. Here are some examples.
PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON 08/23 AMZN Mktp CA*T32PM [url to amazon canada] CA CAN S583235622883069 CARD 1609
PURCHASE INTL AUTHORIZED ON 10/04 AMZN Mktp CA*T96JO [url to amazon canada] CAN S303277622383526 CARD 1609
I want to think these are monthly Amazon Canada Prime expenses, but I can't find any documentation to confirm.
Can anyone help me, please?

Hello @Seller_bUsqbkqw4ahv6,
Thank you for reaching out. These look like purchases for the North American Unified Account. This would be the $39.99 amount split between each market.
The Transaction View page displays the account transactions within a statement period, up until the prior day's close. A transaction can be an order, a refund, or an Amazon-initiated charge or credit.
You can search for a specific order or use the date and filter options to customize the report for your needs. Click Update after setting your filters. Only transactions from the last 24 months are available to review.
After the report updates, click the linked Total for any order to see additional transaction details.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Micah
