Amazon was unable to verify my identity or the credentials I presented during the video call
I received an email from Amazon on August 22 ‘In accordance with Section 1 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, we require you to make a video call with an Amazon staff member.‘
According to the appointment, I participated in a video call with Amazon staff on August 28 and completed the verification.
Unfortunately, today I received an email from the seller verification team at Amazon saying, 'I regret to inform you that we are unable to verify your identity or the credentials you presented during the video call.' Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to sell on Amazon. '
So far, my sales authority has been suspended for 15 days, which is a big loss for me. What should I do? Ask for help

What options are you seeing in Seller Central or Performance Notifications?
- Can you reply to the email?
- Can you open a Case?

hey going though the same thing but since Dec. me and about 60 other sellers im in a whatsapp group and we are all going though it at this point get a attorney and take to arbitration soon amazon seller support will ghost all your emails and they will not help you at all
