About Amazon feedback removal
Recently, a customer left a feedback, "I was worried about quality as they were so VERY thin. After maybe 4 times of my girl using these during recess they completely fell apart in ONE day. Not water proof at all. Fake fake fake".
Amazon guideline shows they will remove this feedback for these reason
Contains obscene language
- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information
- Entire feedback comment is a product review
- Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon
Let us analyze this comment, "quality", "very thin", "not water proof", these words are used to describe a item. It is a product review. But Amazon always said it is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience or did not find this item registered to your account, so the feedback is retianed. I don't know the relation between the feedback with the registered item.
Someone said feedback team is external. We think they are unprofessional.

Actually sounds like a feedback left intentionally to hurt your account. Especially the words "Fake" used 3 times may have been intended to get your account suspended.....
Open a case and request removal again. Expect to be asked for Brand approved distributor invoices sometime soon.

Although this feedback would be considered more of a product review, feedback can only be removed by the brand owner of the product in cases where the legitimacy of the product is being called into question.
If you are the brand owner of the product, go ahead and provide me with the order ID related to this feedback.
