Tax Exemption Certificate was temporarily deactivated

Hello sellers and Amazon moderators, I need urgent help with a frustrating tax exemption issue. I recently set up a new LLC and submitted all the required tax exemption documents ( my state resale certificate ST-3) for Amazon’s Tax-Exemption Program. All my information is valid and unique to this new company, which is solely owned by me. There is no chance that this business’s details were ever used on any other Amazon account. However, Amazon suddenly deactivated the tax exemption on my account, claiming my account is linked to another account. This is absolutely incorrect It appears Amazon’s system may have mistakenly flagged my account as a duplicate or linked to someone else’s. As a result, my tax-exempt status was removed without justification, causing serious issues for my business (I’m now being charged sales tax despite having provided a valid exemption). I have contacted Seller Support and the tax exemption team multiple times, providing proof that my LLC’s information is brand new and not associated with any other account. I’ve emailed detailed explanations and even attached documentation to prove my company’s uniqueness and compliance. Despite these efforts and several follow-ups over the past few days, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The silence from Amazon on this matter is extremely frustrating and worrisome for me. This tax exemption is crucial for my business operations, and being wrongly removed from the program is hurting my business financially. I’ve done everything by the book, so this situation feels very unfair. I’m posting here in hopes of getting attention or guidance on how to fix this error as soon as possible. If any Amazon staff or moderators see this, please help escalate this issue – I have all my documentation ready to show that this is a mistake on Amazon’s end. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Amazon incorrectly flagging their account as “linked” to another and revoking tax exemptions (or other privileges)? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or insights from fellow sellers would be greatly appreciated. Right now I feel stuck: support cases are going nowhere, and I’m unsure how to convince Amazon that their linked-account claim is wrong. I remain professional and patient, but I’m very concerned and frustrated by the lack of response. Amazon team, if you’re reading, please review my case and documents again. This is an urgent matter for my business, and I need the tax-exempt status reinstated as soon as possible. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help or share experience. I value any assistance or direction on resolving this as a top priority.
