I received a $7011.41 charge from Amazon under the "others" transaction type
Amazon charged my reserved amount balance $7011.41 with no reason, transaction type is Other, no more other details showed for this transaction.How do you actually get an explanation of the "other" fees on our transaction page?
I have opened a case with Seller Support on this. Case ID #15854549081. It's been 5days since the seller's support department passed it on to another team, but I still haven't received any response. Could anyone help me with that? How could I know the details of the transaction?
I want my money back. There's no way there's been so much spending in my account!

We can't see your account (because we're not Amazon employees). But as long as your case is open, it's in a queue to be answered by an employee. And yes, sometimes it takes more than 5 days to get a response.

did you have lost inventory they paid you for before. its probably that they found the inventory and charged for the rembursment they had paid you

Good luck. I have been contacting Seller Support for several months by now asking why there is a a negative balance of $28.31 in my account. My question gets 'transferred', never to any be given any answer whatsoever. Anyone have any suggestions?

Keep nagging them. DO NOT accept that your case has been "transferred". That means ignored. I had a charge once and it took me twelve support cases and three different mods to get any answers. Come to find out Amazon had billed us five times supposedly for the same order number and the same tracking number from four years ago.
Do not give up! Fight, fight fight. Open new cases every day and do not let the mods lead you to believe you have been "transferred" either. It took me six weeks but I finally got the funds back.

This probably your low inventory fee. We noticed that the low inventory fee was being charged as an "other" transaction. I would suggest looking into your inventory to see if you have any ASINs that are being charged the low inventory fee.

Is it possible that it is a reserved amount? Usually, they will be issued to you in the next settlement cycle, and they are usually deducted under the "Other" option.
