How to keep track of returns for FBA orders?
Anyone know how you can keep track of FBA returns / refunds? I would get an email regarding a refund for a FBA order, indicating that the refund is for customer return, but there's no records of return request, at least not from what I can see. I don't even know if Amazon refunded it without requiring the customer to return the item or not, and if the customer return the item or not.
