I’m having issues uploading product photos while creating a new listing. I keep getting the error message: "Errors caught in upload process. Please try again." I’ve checked the file format and size, and everything seems to meet the requirements.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try to fix this?

I wanted to stop by and see if you were still having trouble uploading images for your listing?
I didn't see a case filed with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue. If you have filed a case, please share it with us so we can begin investigating what might be causing this issue. If you haven't reached out to them, please contact them first and provide as much detail as possible such as:
- ASIN you are uploading the images for
- Steps you are taking to upload the images
- Screenshots of the error messages
- URL of the page you are uploading the pictures with
- Format of the images (jpeg, etc...)
- File size of the images you are trying to add
- Any additional troubleshooting information that might be helpful to the support team
