Product was never returned but Amazon side with customer
So the return tracking number shows that the package was never returned to us. However, UPS.com did show that the customer dropped off the package.
The package was dropped off on 5/20/2025 but no scan update after that.
The customer filed A-to-Z for not receiving a refund and won the claim funded by seller. We tried to appeal the case with return tracking showing we never got the return package but Amazon denied the appeal.
What should we do at this point? Please advice.

Amazon doesn't care if you didn't get the return, they buyer used the label and it, in their eyes was shipped back. If it was "shipped" back, they by all means get a refund.
