Amazon refunded on A-Z Claim when Item was delivered

I need an admin to look at the A-Z claim on 114-5703491-5734605. Amazon refunded it with and took the money from me. It states the item is undeliverable and on its way back to me. This is NOT what the tracking shows. Tracking shows the item was delivered. Item was shipped on time through Veeqo so it should be covered by Amazon. I appealed the claim after it was granted, but the appeal was closed with no response and no explanation from Amazon. I am now out the item and the money and the Amazon customer got the item for FREE.

to have any protection, the package must have a carrier scan that includes a carrier location. (Scan sheet scans do not count) BY the ship-by date.

Has the buyer contacted you before opening the A-Z?
