Lost shipment in FBA Warehouse

My entire shipment was lost in the Amazon Canada warehouse. The description is "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed". In other words, they took an empty parcel, counted it and completed the inspection. I also presented evidence regarding POD and product purchases. Not only did they lose my products, they don't even respond so as not to cover my losses.

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. They asked me for proof of inventory ownership, including invoices and proof of delivery. I submitted all the documents, and now they've responded with the same message you received. They said the products were not counted at the Amazon fulfillment centers and updated the status to "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed." It took them weeks to respond to all of this, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I hope the situation gets resolved as soon as possible. If there are any developments in your case, please let me know. My shipment was delivered to YYZ1 FC. What was yours?
