All inventory were marked as defective with no reason! The inventory were shipped to Amazon warehouse weeks ago. The detail page was removed by Amazon in error and I submitted the appeal then everything went back. However, all available inventory were marked as defective ones so I asked help from seller supports. One support told me it was because I didn't appeal the resinstation, it's SHEER NONSENSE. Another one told me maybe the inventory were expired ones. I checked my inventory as well as page information and found no such problem. They will expire 3 years later. So is there anybody from Amazon could tell me what had heppened to my inventory? CASE ID: 14953156391, 14953155961.

Is it possible that you sell a well known brand without "Letter of Authorization"? Such items often go to defective and will be destroyed by Amazon.
You created a case to ask why your inventory went to defective. Copy and paste Amazon's answer here.
It could be a small thing like uncorrectly sealed poly bags. If you don't get a precise answer you will have no other choice than to create a removal order. (in case the system let you do that). You can use a US Prep Center as delivery address and then try to sell on another platform.

I can only say that it is normal for Amazon to see this happen. A friend of mine was selling his new product on Amazon in January, but a few days later Amazon removed the link directly for no reason, and only restored it after 2 weeks of negotiation. In many cases, customer service I don’t know the reason, so I can only keep complaining.
