Frustration with Amazon reimbursement
I got an order back from Amazon through removal order. The item is supposed to be in sellable condition but the packaging was completely ripped off when it arrived at my home.
Opened a ticket and have to submit lots of information and finally got Amazon to reimbursement me. But when I check the reimbursement amount today, they reimbursed me a whooping amount of 4.15....
To make it funnier, I have the same product that amazon damaged in warehouse before and reimbursed me 20.88
Send another support ticket to point it out. Guess what, I have to submit the same information again as the first time even though I have provided the previous ticket number, removal ID and reimbursement ID again.
And guess what they say, they can't increase the reimbursement because it is determined by policy, so I asked why same product under same reimbursement policy are getting different result, hmm, same answer like last time it is determined by the policy...
I know it is not a lot of money and I am probably wasting my time here but it is just so frustrating to deal with this kind of stuff...
Enough rant. Hope none of us have to deal with this again.
Update: Amazon get back to me with a calculation... basically because only the packages are broken, it is an only partial reimbursement... Maybe I can sell it back to Amazon for the rest of the value? This is such a non-sense...
