Amazon's fitment tool broken
The fitment tool is rather randomly labeling many years of our products for many different makes and models as "this part does not fit your vehicle". For one given make and model, some years will work, and some years produce the error message. We have been on amazon for a long time and a while ago uploaded all of our fitment info. Only recently has this error occurred within the fitment tool.
Yesterday I spoke with at least 7 Amazon representatives, and one of them might have been "able to understand the issue". It is not a difficult issue to understand
I wonder if Amazon is telling their reps to deflect on the issue because they know it exists and cannot fix it quickly.
Is anyone else out here having random unexplained issues with Amazon's part fitment tool?

Hello @Seller_nCAsHOHRJwGg1,
I'm sorry you're running into an issue with the fitment tool and getting an error. I've reviewed the related case ending with 4371 and see that Support has forwarded this issue to a partner team for investigation. As the case is still open, I would recommend giving the team more time to get back to you with an update. If you see that the case resolves and still run into this issue, let me know here and I'll further look into it.
Thanks for your understanding.
