For the past month when I request a call it says that the call is connected but my phone never even rings. I've tried requesting a call from different browsers. I've cleared my cookies and cache and the same thing happens. I have no idea how to get this fixed??

This seams to be consistent with sellers that use this option to often. First it doesn't connect then if you keep trying they remove the button entirely from your dashboard.
